A husband and wife team. Roberto & Mireya started Max's Custom Remodeling & Roofing, LLC in 2017 (CCB #214142). Roberto began working in the construction industry as a teenager. Over the years, he learned how to manage both large and small jobs. Roberto previously served as a Project Manager for Affordable NW Contractor, Inc., (ANWC), which oversees the maintenance, repair and remodeling for Prime Real-Estate Inc. (ownership group over 25 apartment complexes in the Northwest). While at ANWC, Roberto hired and managed sub-contracts, bidding projects, permit applications, and architect, designer and engineer collaboration. Mireya, on the other hand, previously managed ABC Restaurant. Today, she serves as the office manager, accountant, payroll, purchasing and mother of her two children ages 5 and 8.

If you have an insurance claim, you will want Tim and Debi on your team! As former owners of an Allstate Insurance agency for 32 years, Tim and Debi bring a unique set of skills to Max's Custom Remodeling & Roofing. Insurance claims and adjusters can be difficult to manage, unless you have experienced insurance professionals behind you. That's where Tim and Debi come in.

Home Insurance Adjusters have a high turnover rate, and most have little training, working from home with little guidance. Debi will be working exclusively on our client's insurance claims to help decipher what is and isn't covered, as well as patiently working with the adjusters to reach a proper settlement.
